Very nice interiors, facilities and rooms. Excellent service from staff. The river views we had were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was probably the best in all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. They should pay more attention to customer quiet room request. Though it was acknowledged, our room was under a busy lounge which woke us up around 6am from the noise from moving furniture as the soundproofing to the ceilings wasn't ideal. They did move us to a better room but our energy levels were already affected from a bad night sleep.

The best hotel I stayed during my trip in Vietnam. The location is super convenient and walkable to the walking street, restaurants, shops. The hotel also has a back gate which can access to city central faster. Ask staff and they will show you. The pool is big and great.

Basic hotel overall. Not enough sunbeds by the pool. Service was inconsistent. Old rooms, dirty windows, and so NOISY as there’s a venue nearby that plays loud dance music between 9am - 11pm daily (5 nights stay). Note - this was noticeable despite asking for a quiet room. Go to Reverie instead - went there on our last trip and it was amazing.

This hotel is among the very best. We had a sumptuous time at the Lotte with special thank you to Ms Candy. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the service was impeccable, the pool was divine, the fitness centre very useful and every single staff member made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you also to Ms Pinky and Ms Korean Butterfly. We enjoyed a fantastic burger at the hotel restaurant. We loved taking the executive package and having access to the executive lounge which is well worth it. We are already planning another stay at the Lotte!

This was a perfect stay. The staff were amazing. The room was a little dated but very comfortable and had a nice view. The breakfast buffet was five star. Probably the best breakfast buffet I have seen. They even surprised me by delivering a birthday cake for me on my birthday.
