We stayed two nights in November 2025 for a family of two; itโ€™s comfortable for us. We like the location, cleanliness, amenities in the room, and the food is great here. The only feedback I would have for this location is that they wonโ€™t give you a refund if you change your mind on your reservation.

Hallo zusammen, Ich wรผrde diesen Hotel noch nicht einmal meinen Feinden empfehlen. Ihr solltet einen Riesen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen. Lieber wรผrde ich auf der StraรŸe รผbernachten anstatt nochmal hier. Die Zimmer sind klein. Frรผhstรผck, da hatte ich das Gefรผhl das manches von gestern war. Das Personal, das was ich schreiben werde gilt nicht fรผr alle, der ein oder andere ist in ein fettes Nรคpfchen getreten. Letzter Tag mussten wir spรคt fliegen, haben nach einer Mรถglichkeit gefragt um spรคt check out zu machen was zwar mรถglich war aber teuer, fรผr das selbe Geld habe ich bei IBIS gebucht was tausendmal besser ist und ein Katzensprung vom Flughafen entfernt ist habe da zwar nicht alles in Anspruch nehmen aber die kurze Zeit die ich bei Ibis verbracht habe war exponentiell besser als bei Liberty. Jede andere Hotel hรคtte fรผr eine Stunde uns eine Zimmer zu Verfรผgung gestellt um uns fertig zu machen doch Liberty Mitarbeiter hat uns auf die Dusche auf dem Dach verwiesen neben dem Pool. Bitte auf die Bilder achten die stelle ich rein. 90% in Saigon ist auf Touristen abzocke abgestimmt, daher wรผrde ich jedem empfehlen Maximum 3 Tage dort zu verbringen und am besten mit der Reise dort anfangen und es Da Nang zu beenden nicht so wie ich anders rum von Norden nach Sรผden. Ich muss auch sagen das ich TMS geschรคdigt bin aber nach Liberty habe ich Ibis kennengelernt und festgestellt das es damit nichts zu tuen hat Liberty geht garnicht. Wenn ihr die Bilder sieht werdet ihr es versteh
Besser Ibis nehmen und von da ins Distrikt 1 fahren

I would praise the manager and staff for their excellent care about guests. Got room upgrade with great view of the river. Breakfast was awesome, a lot of choices and as a Vietnamese, I approve the quality of the hotel's Vietnamese food. Highly recommended!

The Stay was lovely and a really good location. Room was clean but is begining to show signs of needing refurbishment. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was a good spread. The roof top pool was a hit, but the price of food and beverages were a little on the pricey side for Vietnam.

Staff very helpful, room was exceptionally clean and bed was comfy. Only the banging from the construction sight in the morning was a problem but thats not the hotels fault

We didn't use the pool, but the sky bar was good, the room was good and towels etc changed every day, no complaints from us, we did book a river view, and we got a building site view as building was going on and boards were covering the view of the river.
