Here's a polished version: The hotel staff were super friendly and provided great service. However, I was a bit disappointed with the airport transfer experience. Unlike our arrival day when we were greeted with a luxury shuttle, the departure ride was arranged via Grab instead, which didn't quite match the level of service we'd come to expect.

I absolutely loved my stay at La Siesta! The staff were incredible — Vietnam truly has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, I didn’t have to lift a finger — my luggage was handled for me, I was greeted with a welcome drink, and my room was perfectly cool, spotless, and comfortable. It was such a smooth and relaxing stay. I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 10/10 experience!

Excellent stay Communication and recovery. In short, called my room by mistake on the morning. I made a comment and shiftly apologized during breakfast and arranged a complementary transfer to my ne t hotel stay. I thought this kind of communication is very lacking in hotel. BUT it’s excellent for the team to work closely and exceeded my expectations. Small gesture goes a long way. Well done.

From the moment we arrived outside we were greeted like family with smiles and doors open into a beautiful reception area and given refreshing towels and welcome drink and fresh fruit. Liêm checked up in and spoke perfect English while explaining the local district and giving restaurant recommendations which he also sent me. He took us upto our room and they had decorated it and had a beautiful cake waiting for us for our anniversary. The most comfortable bed with luxurious sheets, towels and luxury toiletries. Our room and bathroom was spotless. The hotel is in the best location easily walkable to the palace, post office, opera house and around the corner from Ben Thanh market. On one of our trips to the market we got caught in the rain walking back and the staff recognised us as we came around the corner and came running out with an umbrella and walked us across the road. Such caring special touches. Definitely recommend going to the rooftop bar with its incredible city views and delicious cocktails. We were so fortunate to receive an upgrade and a leavening gift to remember Saigon. We will not forget the amazing hospitality Liêm and the wonderful team gave us and can’t wait to return.

Lovely boutique hotel in HCM

This is a new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, very central. Rooms were fabulous, staff attentive, professional and willing to go the extra mile. The Spa was a real treat, and very well ran. The view from the Sky bar is incredible. Breakfast was good too.
