The Sofa is broken and has a hole in the middle, if you sit on. The matress is so gard, that i had pain at morning and the appartment need a ground-cleaning in many places. But the view frim the Balcony on 42. Floor was amazing and i gad many space there. Communication: I they forgot to send me the Code and then i got just a message but no one describes where i have to go or where is this Postbox to got the keycard. At first day I was searched all and i just want to go in my bed after a long fly in the airplane. Gpod service is something different.

I booked a 3-bedroom unit on the same day of my arrival in Vietnam. However, upon check-in, I was informed that the 3-bedroom unit was no longer available. Instead, we were offered a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom unit. Since we were a group of five, we opted for the larger of the two, although it did not meet our original expectations or needs. Communication from the manager was poor. We were left waiting outside the building in the rain with little guidance. Eventually, we were messaged instructions for a self-check-in and told to retrieve the keys from the mailbox. However, when we attempted to enter, the building's security guard confronted us and told us that short-term rentals were not permitted in the building. He asked us to leave. When I contacted the manager about this, she advised us not to speak with the security guard and said she would send a staff member to assist. About 10 minutes later, someone met us and quietly led us through a back entrance to the unit. While the staff member was polite, he spoke very softly, making it difficult to understand what was being explained. The entire experience felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable—as though we were sneaking into the building. This is not the kind of welcome or level of transparency we expected. Guests should be clearly informed about check-in procedures, especially if the property is in a building that does not allow short-term rentals.

No pool, as advertised. Rude host. Very dirty.

When we booked this property, it was listed with a swimming pool. When we arrived, we were told the swimming pool was no available to us. It was there, and open - we were just not allowed to use it. It had since been removed from the listing and we were not told. Tried to cancel, as this was the main reason we booked here - and was refused. Hotels.com customer service also useless so had to charge back my credit card as didn't receive what we paid for. Apartment was also very dirty and unkept. Inadequate cutlery and crockery. Host was very rude and unhelpful. AVOID.

Wrong description. No pool, no dryer despite those stuff show on the amenities list. I stay 4 nights and have a baby that’s why I really carefully choose the place. Asked the host and they said they already took it off the list but Expedia did not change it, not their fault and not a sorry. The dryer , they said it and washer are together but when I use that “dryer mode” even if 4,5h, clothes still not dry.

The owner demanded additional $ be paid prior to check in. We were desperate as we'd had 4 other rentals cancel because they stated that the Vietnam government was instituting restrictions on short term stays. our family of 7 had been standing on the side of the road in Saigon after a day of travel with no place to stay. we had a 4 bedroom for three nights and i had them move us to a one bedroom on the last night so that I could reduce the fee. That being said, the first place (4 br) was okay, the bedroom we stayed in smelled like the medicial viet green oil. The 2nd one bedroom we moved to did not have cold water until 4:30 pm that day. the couch smelled like a sock. Not sure if the standard of apartment rentals in Vietnam is like this.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Poor service and communication from the owner. Demanded a bond when we checked in but this was not advised prior to booking. We couldnt access the swimming pool or gym without calling the owner each time to be let in. I wished this was advised prior to booking, we would have booked elsewhere.

Poor communication. Christine originally asked us when we would be checking in to better assist with the check in process. I informed her my flight time, and that I would be heading straight to the apartment from the airport. On the day of the check-in, I messaged her to let her know I was leaving the airport. When we arrived at Vinhomes, I have not received any information on the specific location of the apartment, nor how to get the keycode. The address provided to us was to the Vinhomes Hotel, not the apartment. I had to call her a couple of times to get that information. We finally get a message with the aparment. However, if you're not familiar with the area, you will have to ask someone there where the building is, as all the buildings look the same. Property could have been so much better if they just cleaned the rooms. Mold and mildew all over the bathrooms and kitchen sink. It looks like they allowed smoking in the room, since there was an ashtray, and the room stinks with smoke. Stained beddings, and the filters were full of dust/dirt. Only 4 bath towels were provided, two small and two regular size. No information about room service was provided, so we assumed our room would never get cleaned during our stay. We had to go to WinMart to get toilet paper and paper towels. Stay away from Homes by Christine Vinhomes Central Park. The area itself is nice. Maybe another apartment in the area.

***********RUN ******I am not sure there was a single thing to like about this encounter at all. As others stated previously there was zero communication how to check in and get room keys that were supposed to be in mailbox, they are were not. The wifi was none exist for several days and was told I needed to wait for a tech to come out "sometime in the evening" only to produce a slow speed internet after having none. Doors were broken on cabinets. The ac vents drop water from the ceiling making water in your bedroom and ruin belongings. Worst of all is the unprofessionalism from Christine. She is not at all focused on providing any customer satisfaction at all. I would love to share pictures and screenshots of these experiences. Please keep scrolling to a different place. I changed to landmark 6 and is a much better experience. Other place is run by a slum lord

Really clean and well-appointed apartment that has everything you need. Great location near shopping and the park. Not a hotel and therefore no receptionist so make sure you txt the contact (owner) to organise entry before you arrive.

Just make sure you call before!

The apartment was great, really good location. Only problem i had was i didnt call the owner before arriving, as it is a private listing in an apartment complex, it took a bit of an effort to get the details, pass codes, key etc. Oh, and bring a towel!
