Amazing hotel - upgraded on arrival as well which always helps. The room was cleaned very well every day and the swimming pool was very nice with great views of the city. This was the most luxurious experience I had in Vietnam. The room was gorgeous, the hotel staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, the room service and rooftop dining were both spectacular, and the location could not have been better. I was extremely happy with my stay, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else on my next trip to HCMC.
