Very comfortable hotel with good location in HCMC, nice clean rooms with good beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the WiFi was unstable and kept falling out, very frustrating, not adequate for a 4 star hotel, so I have to deduct a point for that. The breakfast was good but the bread was poor, bland and tasteless, there is much nicer bread available in Saigon than this so Eden Star Hotel should try changing the baker, deduct 0,5 points for that, so 3,5 out of 5

Room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly each day by our cleaner Duyen. She looked after us and granted small extra requests like extra shower caps. Buffet was good, fresh eggs were a highlight. Croissants were not the best. Front desk staff were very helpful and easy to talk with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We love this hotel and the staff is terrific. The young men who assist in the lobby are very friendly and attentive. Our maid (Miss Lien) was exceptional. Congrats to the from office manage (Thinh) for training his staff so well.
