the staffs were helpful in a way. As for my extension for 2 extra nights due to unable to travel flooding in DaNang, the rate went up and no breakfast provided. They should be more flexible for extension stay.

Door lock was not working and I requested staff to fix it because it was wide open to every one, but they did not bother to look into it. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here for your safety.

Aircon, shower, bed, location all good. Breakfast good. Coffee, tea, water , kettle provided Poor- power plugs, some not working. Fridge is warm.staff said all rooms have same problem. Safe has no instructions TV suddenly stopped working.
