We booked a three-night stay. We woke up by continuous and loud noises at 6:30am the morning after the first night. At first we thought it was some construction on the street. The next morning the same thing happened. Later on we found out it was the exhaust fan from the kitchen. The dinning room was on the 1st floor and we were at the 2nd floor. So the fan’s noise was loud and the food’s smell traveled to our floor. We asked to change the room. They moved us to the 5th floor. It was a much better location with more windows.

Central location in HCMC. Room is spacious enough and a/c works very good. Though very noisy area day and night. Beds are pretty hard. Unfortunately disliked the Chrismas dinner as it was way too expensive for HCMC and definitely not worth for the food you got. Breakfast is okay as complimentary. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff are very helpful, the room is beautiful and quiet. The Hotel has a lot of amenities and is beautifully decorated. It is central to a number of places. It is a 10 out of 10 and l am staying there again once l return from a 2.5 week holiday.

Charming, nicely appointed and designed boutique hotel in a central neighborhood. Our room and bathroom was a bit small square footage wise (2 twin single beds) but the quality was great for the price point. Nice staff, easy check in and out. The international buffet breakfast had a great selection to get your belly filled up before you set off for the day. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar which I never had a moment to check out.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was courteous and very accomodative and allowed late check in. The only issue, as with the country also, is unavailabilty fo veg/ vegan food. Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner options for vegan/ vegetarian foods are almost non-existent. But that's not specific to this hotel, but across the nation. Overall good stay. and would recommend.
