The hotel was cozy, but vintage and fancy. However, they had placed so many excessively old items that it was scary, making me feel like a ghost might appear. The location was good, with many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. The staff were also friendly.

This is the fourth time Iโ€™ve stayed in this hotel, as itโ€™s convenient for visiting family who live nearby. It really is an oasis of peace after a day in Saigonโ€™s busy streets. The staff are lovely and the poolโ€™s great. Will definitely come back.

Exceptional

One of the most perfect hotels in the world. I spend a lot of time travelling for work and am fortunate to stay at some wonderful hotels but this one is one of my favourite. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The gym is great and filled with high quality equipment. The restaurant Nuc is superb and the spa too is great. It really is exceptional and deserves all of the wonderful reviews it receives.

It has a big gym, a wet kitchen in each unit. After I checked in at 3 on found out the aisle was so dark, the lights in the isle, only lit up at 4 pm each afternoon. They should have using the motion sensor lights because it was difficult to see even the room number.
