The place was great I book 5 rooms all was clean and organized location was great I would definitely stay there again.slight issue I see being coming from America the setup is more like an air b&b and the host could supply more towels. The room was very nice and clean. The wifi was very good . Was very surprised to see a washer machine which was very handy. Could have some forks for the individuals who can't use chopsticks:). The building was very clean as well and close to some attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

Studio was ok. Nothing like the photos in the listing. Spiderwebs in the corners of the studio. Floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The furniture was falling apart and had stains. Toilet seat cover could use a change. Old and dirty. Location is good, but unit could use a cleanse and refresh.

Flat was a good size, and comfortable for one night. For a long stay, if looking for self-cook, etc., wouldn’t have had the right kitchen items. Fito very helpful at check in and helping to coordinate check our.

It's was so convenient to walk around or using grab. I got a 2 bedroom. My host the one that took care of me during my stay, she was amazing. Friendly and fast. We communicate through WhatsApp. Fast checking and easy check out. This place was a perfect stay with you travel to Vietnam and want to stay around Saigon. If i come back I'll will book her again.

不好的 1。早上九點會有固定施工噪音（打水泥地板聲音） 2。房間廚房有些許螞蟻 3。電器用品有些破損，但不給更換 4。洗澡水忽冷忽熱，最後一天是冰水伺候 5。會突然進房間，沒有經過詢問就進行打掃整理（嚴重安全隱私問題） 好的 1。插座很多 2。隔壁在地市場，可以直接體驗當地小吃或street food 3。社區好上下車，方便搭乘grab 4。自助入住，不用面對面的尷尬 5。樓下有咖啡廳，很優秀！！推薦 6。走路五分鐘內可以到很多地方
