The well-appointed condo offers a comfortable living/sleep space with a queen Murphy bed that easily folds up for extra room. The living area also has a couch, Smart TV and views of the Bluff Villas grounds. The kitchen offers stainless steel full-size appliances and a washer/dryer combo.

The bathroom offers a large vanity area with a tile back splash, as well as a tiled walk-in shower.

*Please note: Guests staying in 1687 Bluff Villas have access to the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes. Please ask an associate to send you the link to register for pool access.*

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.

All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.


Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
