Everything was wonderful. Our only hesitation for not clicking the top rating was that our toilet wouldn’t flush and we were given another room. There wasn’t someone on duty to help with the issue. Otherwise, all good!

You get what you pay for. Improvements: Gym, TVs, Ambiance in lobby and Hallways... need modernization. Automatic door needs to fixed. It's so loud that you hear it open and close in your 2nd floor room. Staff was courteous.

The hotel wasn't really what I expected as far as the pictures on the site. Yea that's how the room looks just not that clean and nice. When we arrived to the hotel the elevator wasn't working we had to carry luggage up to the second floor due this inconvenience. Staff was nice hotel was okay. Good for the price this location is one hour from Parris Island and Port Royal.

The hotel needs a complete upgrade. The rugs were old and dirty and furniture was dirty and worn. The rooms were expensive and not worth it by the looks of the interior of the hotel. Bed was not comfortable but it was clean. Staff was helpful and kind and the breakfast was good. I would not stay there again.

Hotel was nice. I booked it because it said it was 8 miles away from parris island only to find out that was only if i went through the swamp and bay. It was in fact almost an hour away from marine corp recruit depot parris island. I had to wake up at 4am to get to the base on time to see my son run and graduate boot camp. Definitely a lot of wasted money

Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. Be prepared to hear planes landing until evening. Not frequently, but they are loud as very close to airport. Didn’t hear any past about 9 pm. I would stay again.
