This spacious ground-floor one-bedroom condo spans 850 sq ft and features a queen-size bed, TVs in both the bedroom and living area, and a generous outdoor patio. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary tennis rackets and balls for use at the complex's tennis/pickleball court. Additionally, our amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and jacuzzi.

**Important Notice:** Please be advised that a building upgrade project is scheduled from January to May 2024. During this time, one of our parking lots will be inaccessible, with strict no parking signs in place (vehicles parked here are subject to towing). Work may occur Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and possibly Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm. This project involves repainting the building, stucco work, roof maintenance, and more. To accommodate this improvement, our current pricing reflects a 20% discount off our regular rates. While most guests will not be significantly impacted, we appreciate your understanding and are pleased to offer this discounted pricing as an extra courtesy.
