First the positives...the rental agency was very easy to work with and prompt when addressing any questions or issues. The rental has a nice bedroom and bathroom with plenty of closet space and open space. The deck is awesome, sunny in the mornings and shady in the evenings, with no dirty leaves dropping on it like some in the area. The downsides to this rental are not huge negatives, but could be something that are remedied. The large window on the left side of the sliding doors to the deck has lost its seal, so there is a large blemish when looking out the window. The screens covering the windows also are a little damaged, so if you are trying to cover the blemished window, the screen is also not great to look at. The furnishings are sparse, which you can see by the photos. Not terribly comfortable in the living area. The hope is always that you will be outside more than inside but with a few cold and rainy days in March, we did need to use the living room more. The blinds in the bedroom were also broken, so we needed to keep them closed for our stay. The carpets and slipcovers could be cleaned or refreshed, but I do understand that this is a dog-friendly property so some wear and tear is expected.
