Enjoy all the comforts of home in our 2 bed + 2 bath condo, while relaxing just steps away from the beach. Hilton Head Resort has direct access to the beach and is conveniently located near several golf courses, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoy onsite amenities like indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, grills and deli. Take in the scenery as you cross the marsh via our private boardwalk to the beach and stop by the tiki-hut for a refreshing beverage and snack.

Come stay at the wonderful beach front Hilton Head Resort in the heart of Hilton Head Island! Our cozy third floor condo is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Whether you want to relax and watch a movie or cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen, our condo has everything you need.

--- THE BEACH -----

The beach can be accessed via a 510 yard beautiful and private boardwalk (stroller, wheelchair, beach cart friendly). The boardwalk crosses the marsh and several creeks. Take in the beauty and nature on your way to the beach. On the other end, you are greeted by COCO's bar and grill, where you can enjoy cold drinks and hot food before heading down to walk the beach and dip your toes in the ocean. We have 2 beach chairs
for you to use during your visit. Don't feel like walking, there is a free golf cart shuttle that will run you from one end of the boardwalk to the other. The schedule is posted at both ends of the boardwalk. The Hilton Head Resort Shuttle begins running mid-March and will run throughout the season.

*** COCO's Bar and Grill is open seasonally beginning mid-March ***

----- POOLS AND FACILITIES-----

Feel free to use any of the three resort swimming pools during your visit. Our condo is in Building 4, which has 4 tennis courts, two of which are lined for pickleball and an outdoor pool.

** The outdoor pools usually open mid-March each year. The indoor pool in Building 3 and hot tub are open year round! The pool deck area at building 1 and sun deck in the middle of building 2 are also open. **

- There are elevators available in each building.

- The laundry facilities are located across from the elevators on each floor. The washers and dryers take credit cards and can be monitored via the "CSCPay Mobile" App available on iOS and Android.

----- ABOUT THE RESORT -----

Hilton Head Resort is located mid-Island next to Palmetto Dunes and is a gated community with 24 hour security.

The resort consist of 4 buildings each with their own unique courtyard feature:

Building 1 Offers an outdoor heated pool with a snack bar, cafe, and general store called Beach Bear will be open for the season the last week in February.

Building 2 offers a serene garden setting with a sundeck, great for relaxing in peace.

Building 3 is enclosed with an indoor pool, kids pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, and indoor running track.

Building 4 offers 4 tennis courts, 2 of which are lined for pickleball. There is a second outdoor pool between buildings 3 and 4.

*** This Unit is in Building 4 overlooking the Tennis Courts. There is an elevator.

The resort offers its own private boardwalk to the gorgeous beach. Next to the beach sits a sand volleyball court and COCO'S on the Beach. COCO'S is your very own beach bar and grill open seasonally.

----- PARKING -----

Due to parking limitations, there is a 2-vehicle limit per stay. Commercial vehicles, trailers and RVs are not allowed on the property. Only cars are permitted to park in the covered parking spots located underneath the buildings. **Trucks, SUVs and Vans are not permitted to park in the covered spots due to low ceiling height.

----- AMENITIES -----

You are provided a starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods, toilet paper and paper towels. If you stay will require more than a starter supply, then please plan accordingly.

Bath Towels, Sheets and Bed Linens are provided.

Unfortunately Hilton Head Resort does not allow pets. Sorry, resort rule!

There is no smoking allowed inside the villa. There are designated smoking areas outside, around the property.

Please be aware that Hilton Head Resort prohibits drones, skateboards, hover boards and roller blades anywhere on the property.

Also, while bicycles are allowed on property, guests are not permitted to ride them on the boardwalk to the beach during the busy season or bring them into the villa. However, there are bike racks around the property where you can keep them secure. If you prefer to leave your bikes at home but still want to ride, Hilton Head Resort even offers Bike Rentals beneath Building 2.

All fines incurred due to violations on resort property will be passed along to guests.

Guests will be provided check-in instructions 48 hirs prior to arrival. I am available throughout your stay if you need any assistance.

No smoking or Vaping in Unit or on Balcony

**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.

Villa Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.

No Fireworks allowed on Property
No profanity in public areas
No work trucks/vans allowed on Property
No skates, skateboard, scooters, mini bikes or trailers allowed on Property
