We had visited this property at Christmas time in 2018 and had such a warm lovely experience. It was different this time. I was told new management came in 2020. There are still Christmas trees and dusty wrapped presents on the upper landing. I did enjoy the lemon water and the breakfast was ok. It was just a different, more impersonal experience this time.

Gem in Marshall

Checked our beds when we got there. There was something black on the bed told the front desk they claimed it was from being washed and wasnt going to change the bedding so i told him we werent going to use the bed if he didnt. Found chocolate milk left in the fridge but they kept saying i promise it was cleaned. There was a chip in cieling. Shower curtain was stained.

Always a nice stay here at comfort inn marshall. Only problem this time was my room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole weekend stay. Other than that, always clean and comfortable beds.
