The elevator was broken but it was not a problem for us who stayed at the 4th floor. Just check with the hotel before you book if you need to stay at the first level or if the problem is solved. The room was ok and clean.

Te dan control de la caja de cable y no de la tv, se tiene que encender la tv directamente. Las paredes son delgadas así que escuché los ronquidos del vecino toda la noche. El elevador no sirve
