Disappointed overall. The only redeeming moment was that the lady at the front desk didn’t say our room number out loud. The location of the hotel was less than desirable. The intersections around the hotel are chaotic and the hotel is right behind a run down lingerie and vape shop. The elevator and hallway also have a very heavy weed odor. As a mother traveling with her daughter solo this time, I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone else looking for a family stay. Additionally, EVERYTHING was loud…the heat kicking on, the springs in the bed squeaked every time we even so much as turned in the bed, and the plumbing in the shower literally had a high pitch whistle for the duration of the shower. Upsetting to have even spent my hard-earned money to stay here. I would not stay here again.

My only complain was a slow check in, as the pqrty in front of me rented two rooms. When it was my turn, i was offered no apology for the delay, but the room is clean and comfortable.

This Holiday Inn was clean and modern. The Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint about the property is the Interstate noise due to it’s close proximity to I-40, but it is a very convenient location and was a nice room for the price.
