Adventurous, tiny house. Located on 1 acre surrounded by evergreen forest. The tiny house has one full bedroom, one sleeping loft, full bath, living room, screened in porch, outdoor shower (summer only), and outdoor hang out space.

Right off of interstate 77. 15 minutes to Mooresville. 30 to 40 minutes to Charlotte, Hickory, or Winston Salem areas. 10 minutes to Lake Norman State Park.
Pets are negotiable. Will welcome good pets. Sorry, no cats.
