customer service was great, what I did not like is that walls were dirty the tub was staying very bad I received a floor mat with stains from blood it look like but it was washed but was stained needs updating.

Five Stars!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Travel Lodge during our Hershey Park trip! The room was spotless and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a fun-filled day at the park. One of the highlights was the pool: crystal clean with warm water, which made it so relaxing for both kids and adults. Outside, there was a spacious yard with a picnic table, perfect for families to enjoy meals together or let the kids run around. It truly felt like a home away from home and added so much to our Hershey Park experience. Highly recommend for families visiting the area!

Everything was good from the service to cleanliness of room minus the bath tub needed a deep scrubbing. What I didn’t like is that they up the price of one of the nights I stayed because of a concert. I had already reserved the room.

The shower in room 35 the shower spout was half plugged. The key card to room 36 would not work right needed it to be reprogrammed 3 times only the last time someone came with me to make sure I was able to get in. Wall was dirty with scuff marks. The celling had cobwebs hang from it and looked very dirty.
