I would like to write a review about the affordable price. About the courteous front desk staff member. About the clean rooms. About the ample free parking. About the convenient location to everything Hershey. To the absolute wonderful bakery and cafe, "Deserts, Etc." that is mere steps away across the street. Problem is, I can't get past an in-room smoke detector "chirping" at 10-second intervals for every 10 seconds, at 85 decibels, throughout the night, in a room that contained my family (wife and three daughters - 14, 5, and 2). I felt a bit stuck with and didn't want to go through the hassle of someone visiting the room or being requited to change rooms, so we excruciatingly bared it and all ending up with significant sleep loss. Not ideal for a place we book for the primary purpose of sleeping. ROOM 38 if anyone wants to know, although the detectors could very well be tied throughout all rooms in the structure. Beware!

This is just a solid hotel choice. Nothing fancy or over-the-top, but absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Kind staff, clean rooms and great location at an affordable price.

My friend and I were traveling with our respective families. As soon as we arrived the children noticed the smell. It was like a moldy smell. We decided to notidied the staff and they said that they could not smell anything. We asked we could get a refund but they refused stating that we gad alreasy checked in. If we would have known about the smell we would have not checked in to begin with. Both families ended up leaving. I bookrd through Expedia.

I was shocked by how dirty and poorly maintained my room was. As soon as I walked in, I noticed an unpleasant smell, and it only got worse from there. The floors were sticky, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, and the bedding didn’t feel fresh at all. It was genuinely uncomfortable to stay in the room. I would not recommend staying here unless the management seriously improves their cleanliness and overall upkeep.

The room itself was great, the AC worked very well, it was very clean and well stocked with necessities. There was a decent breakfast in the morning as well. The front desk is not always staffed, and the vending machines don't work well, so bring your own water and snacks. The hallways to the rooms are a little gross. The parking area is not well lit at night and is not in a great area, but we still felt pretty safe. Overall, I am satisfied. The price was fantastic for the state of the room.
