We have stayed at this hotel and the Hampton Inn next door. At Springhill Suites, we had to pay for parking, check out was an hour earlier than Hampton Inn, and we could hear the people walking around the room above us. The two hotels share a parking lot, so having to pay $10/night for parking at one hotel but not the other was annoying. The rooms and breakfast are pretty much the same.

The room was in good condition and clean. My mistake when booking, apparently they do not offer queen beds only two full size beds OR one king. Breakfast was ok but eggs and sausage were not hot either day (should have been). The parking lot was not cleared properly so parking was limited. They also charge $10 parking per day. Simply ridiculous.
