The hotel was clean and in very good condition as far as the facilities go. The breakfasts were hot, and had a nice variety and were tasty. However, the thing that sets this hotel apart is the TREMENDOUS customer service. The staff here are not only professional and friendly, but went above and beyond with any request we had and always made it feel like not only was it not a burden, but that they were genuinely happy to help. The free shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel was very useful and allowed us to go shopping and to dinner without having to uber or get a rental car. They were quick to respond and picked us up with smiles and a friendly attutude. My daughter and I travel alot and this is the best customer service we have received anywhere. I would HIGHLY recommended staying here.

Uninteresting breakfast, only one slow elevator working! Only 2 paper cups in the room with cleaning service every other day! The people working at the hotel were excellent! Very nice!
