Our stay was excellent. The only complaint was that the wifi was sub par. It was slow and kept cutting out. The breakfast was better than I expected and the staff in general was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fact that they had coffee ready for us when we arrived.

I believe that I should be refunded the full amount. I killed 4 bugs in the bathroom (I believe cockroaches) and 2 on the ceiling. The sheets appeared NOT to be fresh, the sink in the bathroom did not drain. The "hot" water was only warm. I am happy to have someone call me as this place should be banned from availability, and I would appreciate a refund as could hardly sleep with the threat of bugs crawling on me. 214-914-3908.
