Lovely hotel in a lovely setting. Staff were polite and breakfast was ok. Only small downside was no restaurant for a evening meal, but the White Horse pub across the road serves lovely food and you get a 10% discount when you show your room key.

Staff were very good, facilities in the room were good - the environment lovely with the WsterMill and the stream - good bed - good black out curtains - welcome water / enough tea for morning and evening - breakfast plentiful - but to tinned fruit - rather than fresh - not very inviting croissants - did not have cooked breakfast - we would stay again - pleasant modern design - welcoming staff!!!

This hotel’s decor is badly outdated, but the facilities are fine. A comfortable bed in a warm room on a very cold night, clean bathroom with toiletries, and tea / coffee / water provided. Staff were first class & breakfast was superb. Best Western need to invest in this place

Lovely overnight stay

We had a lovely overnight stay. We loved how this hotel is built around an old water mill and how you are right by the overflow canal off the main canal. The staff were all extremely friendly.
