Whist the reception staff were friendly and helpful I was disappointed with the Hotel. We stayed in a family room and the reading lights didn’t work so we couldn’t read after our daughter went to sleep, the free breakfast included a dead wasp in my coffee which I picked out of my mouth as I didn’t think it would digest too well.
Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Room was basic but comfy with the exception of the chair. It would have been nicer to have a comfier chair than an office/swivel/desk seat. Shower was good, toiletries provide also nice. Towel was taken away on first day despite hanging it on the rail (ie we would have used it again) but wasn’t replaced. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Would definitely go back.
