Tremayno is a spacious waterfront property, with amazing views across the harbour, the beach and out to sea from the patio as well as the lounge, dining room, kitchen and all 3 bedrooms. This is the perfect property to enjoy Porthleven whatever the weather!Downstairs consists of a spacious lounge with comfy seating, Smart TV and woodburner, next door is the dining room leading onto the large well equipped kitchen, utility room and ground floor bathroom.
Upstairs the master bedroom boasts it’s own ensuite shower room. The twin bedroom and bunk room share the family bathroom complete with sunken bath. Outside is a large patio with outside seating, perfect for eating al-fresco and on a breezy day you can enjoy the view sheltered behind the perspex windbreak. Tremayno is in the perfect location for enjoying the summer sunshine as well as the autumn storms and for enjoying the public houses, restaurants, cafes and galleries that Porthleven has to offer.
