Outstanding breakfast with huge variety of choices. The staff everywhere - front desk, dining room, bar were all pleasant and helpful! We were very impressed with the Hobo Hotel; it's location was excellent for getting around and seeing the inner city, near the Esplanade for relaxing and people watching. Room was giant, clean and very comfortable. Very good breakfast. The gym is in the basement and pretty good for a hotel gym. Staff were superb - an item I had forgotten in the room on checkout day was waiting for me at the front desk when I came to collect my bag.
