Pas de personnel, donc il ne faut pas qu'il y ait de soucis. Sinon, les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles, facile d'accès, et bien placé à deux pas de la gare centrale d'Helsinki. Peut-être un manque de douche si l'auberge de jeunesse est pleine. On n'avait qu'une seule carte d'accès pour 2 dans la chambre 1.

Selkeä ohjeistus, hyvä palvelu, tilava huone ja hyvät sängyt! Yleissiisteys hyvä, mutta kokolattiamaton vuoksi tuskin soveltuu pölyherkille. Majoituin kahden pienen lapsen kanssa pe-la yön, eikä ainakaan tuolloin ollut meluhaittoja, päinvastoin tuntui että äänieristys on hyvä ja saimme nukkua rauhassa. Erinomainen sijainti ja hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.
