Nice amenities, like washer/dryer and dishwasher. The sauna was amazing (once we figured out how to turn it on). The apartment was clean. Public transport very close, as well as a coffeehouse across the street. What was a bit confusing was the way the lighting worked, hard to find the right settings, and looking at the worn state of some switches, we weren’t the first to struggle.

We loved the sauna and washing machine in the room. Lot of space for my wife/2 year old. I work remotely and was able to work at night while they were asleep in a different room, which make things way better. We cooked each night in the room. Location is great, walk to Central Market is 10 minutes (15 if you walk slower). Clean, modern, cares about the environment which is huge for us, and all around a great Boutique Hotel mixed with an Apartment atmosphere. Great idea. I wish the USA had places like this. Thanks, Bobby Dubs.

Location was perfect. The property upstairs was cold but were offered extra heaters. Towels could have been bigger. Sauna did not get hot enough. No oven glove! Furniture could do with being updated.

Bob W city center is a great place to stay when you come to Helsinki. It's clean and safe. Close to shops, restaurants and train/tram/buses. We totally enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We arrived in a heat wave so were glad to have air conditioning. Unfortunately it was broken in all but the furthest room, making it similar to sleeping in a sauna. At first they acted surprised, but the fans already in the room and similar complaints overheard in the elevator show that this is a well known issue that is not being disclosed or resolved. Until resolved, find another place to stay during summer months. Lighting is also a puzzle that we never solved. Motion sensors and light switches managed multiple lights in other areas of the apartment. I learned to kill the main master switch and walk around using my phone as a light source so I didnt wake others late at night. This has obviously been an issue for others as I see tape residue on the ceiling near some of the motion sensors. If you expect privacy while in bed, do not take the bedroom off the entry hall. The bed blocks the door from shutting. Since thisnis thenonly room with a working air conditioner, it was bybfar the best option. Unfortunately, it is too remote from the rest of the aprtment to allow that air conditioner to help others. Overall, a nice place in a good location. That being said, I would never stay here again based on the significant lighting and comfort issues, coupled with the feigned surprise when trying to resolve them.

Place was very comfortable. Close to transit and very central location. Checkin was easy code and they had a storage room we could use after checkout. Shower was good pressure. No street noise. It had a washer dryer combo and we didn’t realize it takes like 9 hours. But worked, we just needed better planning. There was a kitchen and we did make dinner/food some meals.

Excellent accommodation for Helsinki city centre

A near perfect stay - cool, well equipped apartment in a very central part of Helsinki. Generally very quiet, however I am a very light sleeper so I was disturbed by some sounds of movement within the building. My partner slept fine though. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
