Very nice home in gated community. Not far from tubing, alpine coaster, and outdoors aerials. Could use more seating if you have over 9 people but had enough beds for all.

This was seriously the nicest rental that I have had the pleasure of staying in. Clean, spacious, conveniently located. The "kids" enjoyed the fire pit even when it was 7 degrees out. Comfy beds and bedding. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Great Thanksgiving stay at The Toasty Marshmallow

We had an extended family gathering at The Toasty Marshmallow! The house is in a great, quiet location. It is well kept and had everything you’d expect a rental to offer. The front yard is perfect for throwing the football or letting the toddlers explore while the backyard fire pit is a great place to spend evenings. We all loved our stay!

Beautiful and spacious

The cabin was beautiful and so spacious. Extremely clean and well decorated. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with all your needs with of course the exception of food.
