Room was dirty, carpet sticky and dirty. Shower dirty questionable to take a shower. Toilets in bathroom must be made for kids. Electrical outlets some work some don’t. Remotes for tv do not change channels. I would not recommend this place to any family. If you have a dog no problem because that’s what the entire place smells like.

The room was a pit, and the staff was very short. I wanted to change hotel rooms, but was not able to do it. This property was NOT a good way to recommend the brand....horrible. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

THe only problem was important. I reserved a room with 2 queens ans a couch. As checkin "kelly" confirmed we had 2 queens and a couch. But the room did not have a couch. When i went back to lobby "kelly " said sorry we are sold out so i cant exchange. I made the reservation over 2 months ago.
