Weird buzzer door entry to check in. Why is staff scared during broad daylight? That was off putting. Room was clean and adequate.. grounds had some trash scattered about.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! run down, Dilapidated, dirty walls, linens, ac unit, bathroom vent disgusting, beds sucked, noisy because the door doesn't seal, no elevator, gross, hole in the bathroom door, crappy paint job, graffiti on the mirror, weird coating on the towels. What a DUMP!!!! I've stayed in better places for half the price. No breakfast!

Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The parking lot was well lit. The bed was soft and pillows were too. The room was quiet and convenient to restaurants.

When I first walked in, there was no greeting at all. Two staff members started speaking in their own language, which I couldn’t understand, and they didn’t communicate with me directly. They asked for my name three different times even though I had already completed my check-in online, just as they requested. Despite that, they asked me to redo all the paperwork. I told the staff member that everything was already done online, but about 10 minutes later, he still asked me to sign paperwork again. When I mentioned it again, he just gave me a big, fake smile. The staff seemed completely lost and unorganized. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional.

This was a convenient and decent location with a comfortable bed. There was no outlet available at the desk and the TV did not work. Some areas outside could be tidied up a bit.
