Bathroom sink was cracked and surface was defective. Very noisy, Hotel plumbing squeals when hot water is used. Room doors slam. Garbage truck collected at 5:30 AM woke us up Remote control for TV was broken, no back cover where batteries go, was just taped up with clear plastic tape.

Not happy at all, they have the heat in their room on a motion sensor so if you dont get out of bed and move infront of the sensor every 10 minutes the heat doesnt go on and the room gets freezing. Cant sleep in a cold room and waking up multiple times through the night leaves you exausted. Told the front desk and they say they know about the problem and its supposed to be for the AC not the heat and they should get it fixed soon and have multiple complaints.. shouldnt put people in a room with no heat!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, The staff was friendly once you got them to the desk. You always have to ring the bell to get them to come out of the office. Seems weird they had cereal out but they had no milk. But the breakfast was whet you expect otherwise.

The overwhelming smell of air fresheners was overwhelming. I could hardly breathe. Trying to shower in the tub was dangerous because the floor was so slippery. I had to tie a towel to the grab bar and hang on to it while trying to shower... terrible! The breakfast this morning was utterly gross. The food looked inedible, dried out and cold. We didn't trust it to eat. The bed was so old, I could spring in my back. My back hurt this morning and had to take a pain pill. The towels had visible holes in them. So old and thin.

Missing light over the bathroom sink. Breakfast was cold. Had to use microwave for eggs/biscuits/potatos. Waffle iron was not turned on, no syrup, no yogurt, no muffins. The staff was friendly but we may choose a different hotel next time through in April.
