Room smelled of smoke, took a good five minutes for the water to turn hot, false fire alarm. Asked questions to the front desk and responses were they didn’t know. Not real knowledgeable but very courteous and nice as were the other workers

Great place to stay in Hays. Rooms are smaller than average but have everything a traveler would need. A newer hotel so everything is nice and clean! The shower heads are awesome!

The room was nice and clean, decent normal hotel breakfast, pretty good coffee machines that make fresh ground coffee and are on all the time, and the staff was very polite and courteous and friendly. Probably one of the cleanest breakfast areas I have seen. Didn't swim this time but the pool looked very nice as well.

When we got there that evening there was a pretty messy spill by the elevators. I told the guy and it didn’t get cleaned up until the morning. The floor and elevator were sticky. Our room had a coffee spill and I found nail clippings and debris in the bathroom. The sink also had hair in the drain. It was dirty. Unfortunately.
