Stay in a charming holiday flat set within a 17th-century U-shaped farm in Barvaux-Condroz, nestled in the heart of the Condroz region. Ideal for up to 4 guests, this tastefully decorated home is part of a sport horse breeding estate and offers a unique countryside experience surrounded by wooded hills, meadows, and ponds.

Explore the region’s hiking trails right from your doorstep or venture out to Durbuy, the castles of Modave, Freyr, and Annevoie, or enjoy kayaking on the Lesse. The Caves of Hotton and Loretto-Rochefort are also within a short drive, making this a perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

The home features an open kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace, TV, and DVD player. It includes 2 bedrooms (1 with a bunk bed, 1 with twin beds), a bathroom, and access to a shared courtyard, garden, and barbecue. Up to 3 pets are welcome free of charge.

Het huis is oud en dat kan soms wat minder schoon lijken. Maar het was wel schoon. Alle gemak was aanwezig (behalve een waterkoker 😂) De keuken was zeer compleet. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk. De oudere man spreekt Vlaams en de dochter alleen Frans. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving, met voldoende te zien in de omgeving. Onze hond kon vrij rond lopen. De hond van de eigenaar is vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van een prima verblijf!

FĂŒr Hunde ist es hier ein Paradies, sie können sich frei bewegen, LandschaftmĂ€ĂŸig sehr schön fĂŒr lange SpaziergĂ€ngen super,. Die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind nur etwas weiter entfernt ist fĂŒr nicht trainierte Fahradfahrer nicht ohne Auto zu schaffen, da es hier doch sehr bergig ist. Unterkunft nett, Leider ist die Toilette im 2. OG, Notwendig Ausgestattet, es fehlten scharfe Messer und z.b. Wischmopp, nette Besitzer auch ohne Französisch kann man sich verstĂ€ndigen, sehr bemĂŒht. Das Haus ist nur sehr hellhörig man bekommt vom Nachbarn sehr viel mit, ansonsten sehr schön. Um dich zu erholen ist es sehr schön. Zur VerstĂ€ndigung empfehle ich ein Transmitter oder ĂŒber Google App zur Übersetzung, dann merkt man das sie hier alle sehr nett und freundlich sind. Man muss nicht unbedingt Französisch vorher lernen.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het charmante huisje in Barvaux-Condroz! De locatie was perfect, omgeven door prachtige natuur en vele wandelpaden. Het huis was smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Onze kinderen vonden het heerlijk om in de tuin te spelen terwijl wij genoten van een heerlijke barbecue. De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en zorgden ervoor dat we ons thuis voelden. We hebben vooral genoten van een bezoek aan Durbuy, dat op korte rijafstand lag, en van het verkennen van de kastelen in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een rustig uitje!
