"This was the 40th Year that our family has got together for our annual fish camp. We have stayed in AR, OK, MS, TN, TX & MO. The majority was with a VRBO rental. The rental this year was very nice. Well maintained and very well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. Having the garage was an added bonus, especiall when it rained. There were however a couple of draw backs. Entry into the house and to move from room to room required going up and down steps which were a taller than most steps. We had a couple of seniors in the group so steps we a little difficuly to navigate. The garage was a bonus, but also a problem. When it rains the water tends to seep into the garage and while we were sitting in the garage one evening because it was raining a sump pump cam on and flooded about half of the garage. Had we know ahead of time of this issue we could of put the drain hose outside and the flooding would not have been so bad. I would go"

"My girlfriend and I decided to come back to the cabin a second time because this place is simply amazing. The view from the front porch is breathtaking, and the inside of the cabin is almost as magnificent. The place is very well taken care of, clean, and cozy. Each day, we drove 5 minutes to the best coffee at True Grit, then 30 minutes to the best hiking trails on Mount Magazine, and it was always a relief to get back to this adorable cabin each evening and unwind with a movie night. We’re already planning another vacation at the Treehouse for next year!"

"Stay was awesome. Only had one issue and that was when the big storm blew through there was a slight leak from the roof that was above the couch across from the TV. Maybe a Table spoon of water"
