Lakefront home on Lake Dardanelle with private dock. 1900 sqft house is close to I-40 and Russellville, but very private. Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees with over 1 acre. Completely remodeled. 3 bedrooms. Great lake views. New kitchen with lake views, granite countertops, and new appliances. On a quiet cove with easy access to the main lake. Great fishing! 3 kayaks , fishing poles, more included. Swimming is not prohibited in our cove, but the swim beach on the lake would be a better option. Please note that the area around dock may have grass depending on water level and time of year. Lake level and color may vary due to river system. There is one Ring security camera facing the driveway. Just minutes from Russellville. Fast Wifi, fire pit, Weber gas grill.

The cabin was clean and tidy. It was perfect for our 4 adults and two well mannered dogs. The house sits in a nicely forested area and the lake view provided daily egrets, cormorants, and heron sightings. The host was very quick to respond to us when we had one small issue.
