1. Check-in was unprofessional. Ohio State was blaring on the lobby TV across from the front desk and the man checking me in was focused on the game (he was wearing Ohio State clothing). He didn't offer the guest before me or me cookies, and I've been a longtime Hilton Honors member. 2. The room had lots of dust on the bedside table.
