Filthy! The bathrooms were gross. The furniture torn and dirty. The room door didn't close properly so our room was unlocked all day. Switch to a different which was also not clean. Do not stay here!

Not very well maintained… hole in wall and hook on bathroom door fell off… the room needed cleaning…trash in the window behind the drapes. Small pieces of trash on carpet. Bathroom floor was dirty. The staff was very friendly and helpful but I would not recommend staying there until improvements have made.

The room was clean but the pillows had tears in them so feathers kept coming out. The 3rd floor hallways smell horrible. We stayed 2 nights and no matter what time of day or night we walked in the hall way it smelled horrible. Not sure if carpet is bad or what but that is the only floor that smelt. Staff was nice
