Overall nice place to stay but there were several hairs in the shower and behind the door in the bathroom. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast is paid. The pool was nice and great for kids.

Checking in was great. We got there very early and the Front Desk was able to get us checked into the room a couple hours early. The room was great except for the tub and the A/C. The tub is too short to actually enjoy. The A/C in the bedroom was broken. The balcony was a good size and comfortable. Everyone seemed to enjoy the pool and the lobby area is great and had many chairs to lounge in. Starbucks is only available during breakfast hours which is pretty disappointing.

Staff at the front desk were very understanding. Took time to listen to my concerns.They were very helpful. Starbucks in the amenities, coffee was great, the sandwiches not so, I expected more. Rooms were very clean. Definitely would stay again.
