The staff was not particularly courteous, and the hotel's proximity to a main highway resulted in noticeable noise. Additionally, children were frequently present near the rooms, which affected the overall quietness and my ability to rest. The room provided was also less comfortable than expected.

I checked in late at night around 12:00 a.m. Since approximately 3:00 a.m., there has been no water available at the property, and as of now (8:00 a.m.) the issue has not been resolved. The staff informed me that they do not know exactly what happened, that there is a water system failure, that they contacted the water utility company, and that their water cisterns are not working. Unfortunately, this means that there have been no essential services available since my arrival, including basic water service for hygiene and restroom use. Due to the lack of essential services from the moment of check-in, I am requesting a full refund for this stay.
