Found bathroom floor very dirty. Went to wipe up water off floor with towel and it was black. Late at night, other people was talking load outside window and several kids screaming and playing in parking lot. Had to open window and asked to be quit. Got maybe 4 hrs of dleep.

Outside is a bit dated apparently it used to be under different name and ownership but the room is amazing. It’s a bit off the beaten path but it’s easy short ride from Middletown. I got a room last minute. Room is large with large tv and king size bed. Very cute decor with small fridge with freezer (many hotels don’t have the freezer) microwave coffee maker etc. great stay and Very quiet

Had a king room, with ONE coffee cup, heat, AC did not work, had to wait forever for another coffee cup and a blanket because heat not working. One girl in office trying to do all. Finally a man came and just sat there as if watching the girl work. She seemed nice but not efficient.

Staff was really nice young girly, there was an issue with our bed and so she moved us out of our room to accommodate us. -cleanliness was okay, however smell of food was pretty strong and unpleasant in the hallway. overall it was okay. $200 is a bit high for this location.

Stains in the ceiling. Generally ok but more used and worn out than I expected after seeing the pictures. That being said the AC worked, the bed was fine, the TV was nice with lots of free streaming. If you want better in the Portland CT area prepare to go north of 300 per night

Dirty room, bathroom drawer filled with brown stained towels and a small toy p*nis, rude front desk, upstairs neighbor was impossibly loud shaking our lights and the already broken shower head, no phone in room, broken glass on the floor, asked for no house keeping as we like our privacy, came back to our room in the evening to find our trash gone and new towels, just a horrible experience

Had bugs crawling in the bed and staff told me they didn’t see any and that it was the best room in the place as if they had slept in every room themselves. Then said they had people coming to spray every month to get rid of the bugs they knew they had ! Fought with me about giving a refund until finally doing so. Completely delusional. Place looks really shabby and worn out in person. Looks like your driving into a broken down trailer park.
