Thought the area was super convenient and had plenty around to do and see. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Checked in right at 3p and there was no one there but come around 4-4:30p when the restaurant opens it was full. Didn’t eat there but must be good with how many people were there just to eat. For a night or 2 I would definitely stay again and you can’t beat the price either.

The staff was very friendly, otherwise I would give it 1 star. I remember when Howard Johnson was the standard for nice accommodations, but this one seems to have furniture and carpet from long, long ago during the glory days. The wood furniture is very worn. The carpet in the office and hall smells like old mildew. The "light breakfast" was 2 types of cereal, milk, coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal packets and apple and orange juice. In fairness, the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean. Cleaning staff were kind. No coffee maker. Breakfast was awful. Never milk for cereal. Instant oatmeal was all that was on the counter. Toaster but nothing in it. Apple juice was spoiled.
