The reception staff member, Ida, offered exceptional customer care. She was very friendly and even remembered customers’ names when greeting them, which made me feel truly valued.
In the past, I’ve often experienced staff who appear friendly but simply and conveniently respond with “I’m sorry, we don’t have that” or “not available” without even checking when I ask for something simple like hot water, fresh coffee, or a complimentary comb. Ida is completely different. She always responded with solutions such as “I will…,” “Let me try…,” or “We can do…”—showing genuine effort and care.
You will definitely feel respected and cared for when interacting with Ida.
BTW, As for the property itself, I deducted one star only because of minor facility issues. The renovation seems nearly complete, but a few areas still need finishing touches—for example, decorative poster marks in the elevator that haven’t been fully cleaned yet.
