we were to be there for 7 nights. when we arrived, I make it very clear that we wanted clean towels every day. the girl told me that was no problem, and the cleaner would be at our room at 9:30 the next morning and we could tell her also. we waited the next morning for her to come, and then just left. we came h back after supper and we had no clean towels. My husband had to go down and get some. The next morning, we stopped at the desk again and this time we were told that was impossible because the cleaner is suppose to stop every day for our room. So, we went out that day and came back after supper again, no clean towels and again, did not pick up dirty towels. My husband again went down to get us clean towels and take the dirty ones back. we stopped the next morning again, and were told the same thing, that they are to come to our room every day. I told her someone was lieing to her and it wasn't us. then we got that settled and we did get some servie, but we would ger amenities of either 3 of a kind, like 3 shampoos or we would get 3 lotions and etc. Then one day we met the cleaners in the hallway and realized they couldn't speak let alone read english. They have big problems there as a hotel to be able serve their guests.Very disappointed in that Best Western. For breakfast, we had the same thing every day.
