Room wasn’t as clean as I would expect, some spills on the wall and stains on the pillow cases. The lobby had a broken vending machine, and box’s off to the side. The hallways were very dark and cold. Dining area was very cold and a small electric heater was in use. Unsure if there was some kind of construction going on.

Hotel is the same as all other Super 8’s. Clean and comfortable. Wifi is awful though so don’t plan on getting any work done while in your room.

It’s a basic super 8. So that met my expectations. The pillows on the bed are the worst pillows I have ever had in a hotel. So flat might has well not have had one. Also I feel that this super 8 is expensive for its location.

Stayed here before but unfortunately we booked the wrong dates through hotels.com so called the hotel to see if they could change them and they said no you need to contact hotels.com. The person at the hotel who answered was not friendly and argued about the whole process. We then reached out to hotels.com who said they would contact the hotel to see if they will authorize changing the dates or a refund. Well the hotel said NO! We even asked if they would change the date for 1 day rather than 2. Will never stay here again. I miss the old days when customer service was friendly and they did everything to accommodate the customer. I get it is our error but didn’t think it would be a big stress thing getting this changed.

There were only small pillows and 1 towel for a family of four when we checked in, we asked for more & they provided them quickly. Overall it all worked out and it was a very clean hotel.
