This is a very nice hotel with a clean and comfortable room, friendly staffs and I would have happily given 5 stars. But there was one important issue that completely changed the experience: the property allows outsiders who are not hotel guests to use the shared living room as their working space from morning to evening. This was not mentioned in the listing. Because of that, I constantly encountered the same non-guests sitting and working right outside the rooms. It felt awkward, not private, and inconvenient — especially since the room did not have the advertised TV, and I had to go into that shared area to watch it. Overall, the hotel is good, staffs were super nice but this single unexpected situation made the stay uncomfortable. Suggest to hotel owner should not have additional incomes by leasing out to outsiders to avoid hotel guests mixed with none-hotel guests which's not safety, privacy and totally annoying unpleasant staying

Very clean, comfortable and friendly

This hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all lovely. I stayed here on 3 occassions during my trip, each time I came back to Hanoi. It's worth noting that some of the rooms don't have a window, so if this is important to you make sure the room description says "city view". I booked a room with no window on one of my stays and it was perfect. It's much more quiet. The communal spaces are very clean and tidy and the opportunity to do your own laundry was great (they also provide the washing tablets). The hotel take a 500 vnd cash deposit when you check in. I had no issues with getting this back when i checked out each time. They also stored my bags for the day as my flight home wasn't until the evening. Definitely recommend staying here.

You will love staying at this hotel

The Wil’que Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room is small but very comfortable and efficient. I was very impressed with the quality of the new construction, but mostly by the cleaning staff who keep the rooms and lobby spotless. Loved this little boutique hotel.
