Very happy with my stay at the Sono. All staff were incredibly helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. Helped to book a day trip, always going out of their way to say hello and check we were ok, provided us with an umbrella on a rainy evening. Really made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Amazing experience, Luke and all the front desk staff were amazing. So welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Will def come back! Price was great too. Location was very close to lots of shops & eating places. They even gave us an upgraded room, so awesome.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. Real professionals. The room and bathroom wasn't that big, but both was clean. There was a mini fridge, working AC and WiFi. The breakfast menu wasn't that big, but it was fresh and they make omelettes etc for you on demand. I booked the Sono because of it's location mostly. You have walking distance everywhere or a cheap can ride away. The only negative things I can say is that the room key is connected to the electricity (like many other places), which made the room very hot if I was away for a couple of hours. And even though my AC worked, it was a bit slow and it took some time before the room got the temperature of my liking.

Cheap hotel in the middle of the City. We got a room without windows to the open, but to the hallway. Very basic but clean and the staff very friendly and helpful
