Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I booked a room through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel, they did not honor the reservation and I had to book a second room. I am not sure who is at fault: Expedia or the hotel. All I know is I had to make and pay for two bookings, not one.
